First, what is the sensor switch?

The sensor switch refers to the infrared intelligent sensor switch of the human body, which is a switch that is automatically activated when someone passes through the infrared sensor detection area. The main device of the human body infrared sensor switch is the human body pyroelectric infrared sensor. The human body has a constant body temperature, generally at 37 degrees, so it emits infrared rays with a specific wavelength of about 10 μm. The passive infrared probe works by detecting the infrared rays emitted by the human body at around 10 μm. The 10μm infrared rays emitted by the human body are enhanced by the Fresnel filter and then gathered on the infrared sensing source. Infrared induction sources usually use pyroelectric elements, which will lose their charge balance and release charges when they receive changes in the temperature of infrared radiation from the human body. After the subsequent circuit is detected and processed, the switching action can be triggered. If the person does not leave the sensing range, the switch will continue to be on; after the person leaves or remains in the sensing area for a long time, the switch will automatically turn off the load with a delay.

Second, the sensor switch features
1. Automatic control products based on infrared technology. If the person does not leave and is active, the switch is continuously turned on. After the person leaves, the switch will automatically turn off the load after a delay.
2. With zero-crossing detection function: non-contact electronic switch prolongs the service life of the load.
3. Photosensitive control is applied, the switch automatically measures light, and it does not sense when the light is strong.

3. Types of sensor switches
1. Infrared sensor switch
It is composed of infrared detection circuit, infrared signal processing circuit, signal output control switch circuit and power supply circuit. Infrared signal processing integration mainly completes the processing of infrared signals. The power supply of the circuit provides separate power supply to each sub-circuit in the circuit according to the requirements of each part of the circuit to ensure the stable performance of the circuit. The infrared sensor switch has the advantages of long detection distance, wide application range, strong anti-interference ability and stable working performance.

2. Human sensor switch
It is an automatic control product based on infrared technology. When someone enters the sensing range, the special sensor detects changes in the infrared spectrum of the human body and automatically connects the load. If the person does not leave the sensing range, the load will continue to be connected; when the person leaves, the load will be automatically turned off after a delay. When people arrive, the lights will be on, and when people leave, the lights will be off. It is friendly and convenient, safe and energy-saving, and shows humanized care.

Three, the type of induction switch

Using the basic principle of electromagnetic induction, it is generally used for circuit control in industry and housing. Electromagnetic induction switch is a non-contact switch, which can also be used in hoist, elevator and other control systems to ensure safe operation and accurate parking. It is actually a monostable flip-flop, and the circuit is in a steady state when there is no induction pulse signal.

4. Microwave induction switch
Microwave sensors use the Doppler principle to transmit and receive high-frequency microwave signals (accurately perceive the movement of objects). Through the signal amplification and the intelligent recognition of the single-chip program, control the on (on) and off (off) of the load lamp.

5. Photoelectric sensor switch
Non-contact reflective sensing, intelligent computer detects reflective objects (palm) at close range, and automatically switches working status. Active infrared working mode, put your hand on the designated part of the sensor for 0.5 seconds, the switch is turned on (or off), and it remains in this state. When sensing again, it changes to the opposite state, disconnects (or connects) and maintains this state. Can see through glass, especially suitable for kitchen cabinet lights. Installing a non-contact sensor switch in the kitchen can avoid turning on and off the lamps by hand while cooking, and bringing the bacteria on the switch panel to the diet. It has good stability, strong anti-interference, can prevent infrared interference from sunlight, and has a wide load capacity.

Fourth, the working principle of the sensor switch
Sensor switches mainly include ultrasonic sensor switches, infrared sensor switches and microwave sensor switches.
