The first station in wire harness production is the wire opening process. The accuracy of the wire cutting process is directly related to the entire production schedule. Once an error occurs, especially if the cutting line size is too short, it will lead to rework of all stations, which will waste time and effort and affect production efficiency.
The second station after cutting the wire is the crimping process. Determine the crimping parameters according to the terminal type required by the drawings, and make crimping operation instructions. For those with special requirements, it is necessary to indicate on the production process documents and train the operators.
Then there is the pre-installation process. First of all, it is necessary to compile the pre-assembly process operation manual. In order to improve the efficiency of the final assembly, pre-assembly stations must be set up for complex wiring harnesses. If the pre-assembled part is less assembled or the wire path of the assembly is unreasonable, the workload of the general assembly personnel will be increased.
The final step is the final assembly process. According to the assembly table designed by the product development department, design tooling equipment and material box specifications. And paste the numbers of all assembly sheaths and accessories on the material box to improve assembly efficiency.
The electronic technology content and quality of automotive wiring harnesses in the car have gradually become an important indicator for evaluating car performance. Automobile manufacturers should pay special attention to the selection of wiring harnesses, and it is also necessary to understand the process and production of automotive wiring harnesses.
Classification of electronics and power wiring harnesses
According to different structures, it is divided into full utilization harness, partial utilization harness and link system harness. According to different service methods, it is divided into loss system harness and waiting system harness (see random service system). According to the number of load sources served, it is divided into unlimited load source harness and limited load source harness.
In the telecommunications system, the equipment directly used for communication between users is mostly a full utilization link system with infinite load source loss control. The equipment used to control the connection process of communication equipment is mostly an infinite load source waiting system for full utilization. When the number of load sources is not very large relative to the capacity of the harness, a full utilization system or a partial utilization system with limited load sources is generally used.
According to the call behavior of the load source, that is, whether to make a new call attempt after the user fails the call, the wiring harness can be divided into a repeat call system and a non-repeat call system. The actual communication system has repeated calls, and the non-repeated call system is an approximation of the repeated call system.
1) Fully utilized wiring harness. If any service device (trunk or machine key) in the harness can be used by any load source in the load source group it serves, such a harness is called a full utilization harness.
Figure 2 shows the full-utility wiring harness composed of 100 first preselectors (load source groups) of the step-by-step switch and 10 outgoing lines corresponding to the arcs connected to 10 first group selectors. Any service device (first group selector) in the circle can be used by any load source (first preselector) in the load source group (100 first preselectors) it serves.
2) Partial utilization of the harness. If any load source in the load source group can only use part of the service equipment in the harness, such a harness is called a partial utilization harness. Partial utilization of the harness divides the load source group into several subgroups, which are divided and reconnected between the outgoing lines of the load group. This structure can be described by the example shown in the figure below.
