1. Zhihan high-voltage rubber power cord has a wide range of applications, mainly used in new technology equipment in various industries. Such as X-ray machine, electron beam processing, electron bombardment furnace electron gun, electrostatic spraying paint, etc. This type of product generally has a large power supply, so the filament current passing through the rubber power cord is relatively large, up to tens of amperes; the voltage ranges from 10KV to 200KV;
2. Most of the rubber power cords are fixedly laid, and generally do not directly contact with the human body;
3. The transmission energy of the rubber power cord is large, and the allowable working temperature of the rubber power cord should be considered;
4. When some equipment is used for short-term discharge at medium frequency, the rubber power cord must withstand 2.5-4 times the voltage, so sufficient electrical strength must be considered;
5. Since all kinds of equipment have not been standardized, the working voltage of the same type of equipment, the working voltage between the power line core and the grid line core are all different, so they should be selected separately.
6. Structure
1) Conductive power wire core: the wire core is generally 3 cores, and there are also 4 cores or 5 cores;
2) 3-core rubber power cord generally has two filament heating cores and one control core; the wire and the shield are subjected to DC high voltage;
3) There are two types of 3-core rubber power cords: one is similar to the X rubber power cord, which adopts phase-separated insulation and then wraps semi-conductive layer and high-voltage layer. The other uses the control wire core as the central conductor, and after extruding the insulation, the two wire cores are concentrically twisted, and then extruded and covered with a semi-conductive layer and a high-voltage insulating layer. High-voltage insulation layer: the maximum DC field strength of natural styrene-butadiene rubber is 27KV/mm, and the ethylene-propylene insulation is 35KV/mm;
4) Outer shielding layer: braided with 0.15-0.20mm tinned copper wire, the braiding density is not less than 65%; or wrapped with metal tape;
5) The sheath is extruded with extra soft polyvinyl chloride or nitrile polyvinyl chloride.
