1. Nylon
The main grades and applications of nylon (PA66) are as follows:
101L
General grade, lubricious, used in coil bobbins, lighter casings, fasteners, kitchen utensils, switches, seals, general connectors, and electronic products.
101F
High flow level, suitable for thin-walled and long components, used in cable ties, coil bobbins, and sealing rings.
103HSL
Thermal stable grade, lubricated nylon, used in motor stators, coil bobbins, and electronic and electrical parts that require higher operating temperatures.
70G33L
High strength, high rigidity, high creep, fatigue resistance, good high temperature performance and dimensional stability. Used in automobile internal motor parts guards, gear covers, gears and connectors, electronic and electrical components, and coil bobbins.
ST801
Super tough, impact resistant, low temperature resistant, used in roller skates, ice supplies, toy parts, and parts requiring higher impact resistance.
FR50
25% glass fiber toughened and flame retardant grade, used in skeletons, relays, control equipment and electronic and electrical parts.
HTN51G35HSL
35% glass fiber reinforced and complies with US FDA food safety standards. It has extremely low water absorption, low warpage, chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and maintains superior performance below 175°C. Used in automotive and industrial components. SMT connectors, switches and relays for electronic appliances.
11C140
40% mineral reinforced, high impact strength, rigidity and high heat resistance, used in interior instrument panel parts (mirror covers, wheel covers), small engine parts.
2. Polyoxymethylene POM
100P
High viscosity resin with excellent processing properties, used in sporting goods, industrial gears and rollers.
500P
Medium viscosity resin with excellent processing performance, used in general mechanical parts, gears, home appliances, and audio-visual products.
900P
High-flow, low-viscosity resin with excellent moldability, used in high-volume products such as zippers and audio and video products.
100ST
High-viscosity super-tough resin for super-tough, high-load parts.
500T
Medium viscosity toughened resin, used for mechanical parts requiring better toughness.
500CL
Medium viscosity resin, added with chemical lubricant, low friction, low wear, used in high mechanical performance home appliances.
500AL
Medium viscosity resin. With advanced lubricating formula, low friction and low wear, it is used in stationery supplies and cameras.
525GR
Medium viscosity resin. 25% glass fiber reinforced, with high rigidity and strength, used for mechanical parts requiring higher rigidity.
527UV
It has balanced performance and fluidity, and the best UV resistance. It is used for automotive parts with strict requirements on UV resistance.
3. Polybutylene terephthalate PBT
S600F10
No reinforcement, high viscosity, used in catheters, products with non-toxic requirements.
SK603
20% glass fiber reinforced, has good heat distortion temperature, used in auto parts and electronic products.
SK605
30% glass fiber reinforced, has good heat distortion temperature, used in electronic and electrical products and insulating components.
LW933
Low warpage, low specific gravity 30% glass fiber reinforced, used for graphic design products and appearance improvement products.
4. Polyethylene terephthalate PET
530
30% glass fiber reinforced, with outstanding comprehensive strength, rigidity and toughness, excellent electrical properties and good appearance, used for ignition components, coil covers, gears, vacuum cleaner parts, solenoid sockets, and various pump casings.
545
45% glass fiber reinforced, better strength and rigidity, excellent dimensional stability and creep resistance. Used for compressor covers, gas air and temperature sensor covers, frames, ignition coil transfer components, medical equipment.
FR530
30% glass fiber reinforced, flame retardant, outstanding comprehensive performance and excellent fluidity, approved by UL94V0 temperature index 150℃. It is used in electrical appliances, electronic connectors and components requiring flame retardant properties, and is used in ignition coils in steam and high temperature conditions.
5. Thermoplastic polyester elastomer TPE
G3548L
Excellent flexural resistance, softness combined with good flexural durability is required at low temperatures. Excellent for applications requiring high primary color retention.
4556
Low modulus grade, higher melting temperature, used for hose and pipe, wire and cable sheathing.
5526
Combines the best balance of features in the product line for sealing, packaging and gasketing gears and bearings.
