The application of rubber power cords for elevators and Iron Forge and 25 Ft STW TT-30P to NEMA L5-30R RV Extension Power Cord!
1. Before use, the rubber power cord should hang freely and be fully back twisted. The rubber power cord reinforcement core should be fixed and bear the tension at the same time;
2. Multiple rubber power cords should be laid in rows. During operation, the rubber power cord moves up and down with the elevator, moves and bends frequently, and requires softness and good bending performance;
3. The rubber power cord is laid vertically, requiring a certain tensile strength;
4. If there is oil pollution in the working environment, fire prevention is required, and the rubber power cord is required to be non-flammable;
5. Small outer diameter and light weight are required.
6. Elevator rubber power cord structure:
1) Use a 0.2mm round copper single wire bundle twist, and wrap the isolation layer between the insulation and the conductor. Twisting in the same direction during cabling increases the softness and bending performance of the rubber power cord;
2) A rubber power cord reinforcement core is added to the rubber power cord to withstand mechanical tension. The reinforcement core is made of nylon rope, steel wire rope and other materials to increase the tensile strength of the rubber power cord;
3) YTF type rubber power cord adopts neoprene-based sheath to improve the weather resistance and non-flammability of the rubber power cord.

Control signal rubber power cord
1. Since the control signal rubber power cord is used to control the measurement system, the rubber power cord is required to work safely and reliably;
2. It is generally fixed laying, but the connection between the rubber power cord and the equipment is required to be soft, and it is required to withstand multiple bendings without breaking;
3. The working voltage is 380V and below, and the voltage of the signal rubber power cord is lower;
4. The working current of the signal rubber power cord is generally below 4A. When the control rubber power cord is used as the main equipment circuit, the current used is slightly larger, so the cross section can be selected according to the line voltage drop and mechanical properties.
5. The structure of the signal power line:
1) The wire adopts copper core, and the fixed laying adopts a single structure and adds 7 twisted structures; the mobile adopts a category 5 soft conductor structure to meet the softness and bending resistance;
2) Insulation is mainly made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, natural styrene-butadiene rubber, etc.;
3) The insulated wire cores should be cabled in opposite directions to make the structure more stable; for outdoor rubber power cords, they should be filled with nylon ropes to increase the tensile strength, while the cabled in the same direction can increase the flexibility;
4) Sheath: mainly polyvinyl chloride, neoprene and nitrile polyvinyl chloride compound.
