Universal rubber plastic power cord:
1. Scope of application: connection and internal installation lines of power, lighting, electrical devices, instruments and meters, and telecommunication equipment with AC rated voltage of 450/750V and below.

Laying occasion and method:
Indoor laying and communication channels, laying along walls or overhead in tunnels;
Outdoor overhead laying, iron pipe or plastic pipe laying, electrical equipment, instrumentation and radio device laying are all fixed laying; plastic sheathed power cords can be directly buried in the soil for laying.

4. Special requirements:
1) When laying outdoors, affected by sunlight, rain and freezing conditions, it is required to be resistant to the atmosphere, especially resistance to sunlight aging; cold resistance requirements are required in severe cold areas;
2) During use, it is easy to be damaged by external force or flammable, and it should be worn in the occasion where there is a lot of contact with oil;
When passing through the pipe, the power cord is subject to greater tension and may be scratched, so lubrication measures should be taken;
3) When used inside electrical equipment, when the installation location is small, it should have a certain degree of flexibility, and the color separation of the insulated wire core should be clear; it should be matched with the corresponding connector terminals and plugs to make the connection convenient and reliable. For occasions with anti-electromagnetic requirements, shielded power cables should be used;
4) For occasions with high ambient temperature, sheathed rubber power cords should be used; for special high-temperature occasions, heat-resistant rubber power cords should be used.5. The structure of the power cord
1. Conductive power wire core: when used for internal installation of power, lighting and electrical equipment, copper cores are preferred. For wires with large cross-sections, it is advisable to use tight-pressed wire cores; conductors for fixed installation generally use Class 1 or Class 2 conductor structures.
2. Insulation of the power cord: The insulating material generally adopts four kinds of natural styrene-butadiene rubber, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, and nitrile polyvinyl chloride compound. The heat-resistant power cord is made of polyvinyl chloride with a temperature resistance of 90°C.
3. The sheath of the power cord. Sheath materials generally include five types: polyvinyl chloride, cold-resistant polyvinyl chloride, termite-proof polyvinyl chloride, black polyethylene, and neoprene rubber.
Especially cold-resistant and outdoor overhead laying should choose black polyethylene and neoprene sheathed power cord.
In the environment with external force, corrosion, humidity, etc., the power cord with rubber or plastic sheath can be used.

Rubber plastic soft power cord
1. Scope of application: It is mainly suitable for the connection of medium and light mobile appliances (household appliances, electric tools, etc.), instruments and meters, and power lighting. The working voltage is AC 750V and below, and most of them are AC 300C grade.
2. Because the plug-in board needs to be moved, bent, and twisted frequently during use, the power cord is required to be soft, stable in structure, not easy to kink, and have certain wear resistance. The plastic sheathed rubber power cord can be directly buried in the soil for laying.
3. The ground wire adopts yellow-green double-color wire, and other wire cores in the rubber power cord are not allowed to use yellow-green wire cores.
4. When used as the power connection wire of electric heating appliances, braided rubber insulated cord or rubber insulated cord should be used according to the situation.
5. The structure is required to be simple and light.

6. The structure of the power cord
1) Conductive power wire core: copper core, soft structure, twisted from multiple single wire bundles. Flexible wire conductors generally adopt Class 5 or Class 6 conductor structures.
2) Insulation: The insulating material generally adopts natural styrene-butadiene rubber, polyvinyl chloride or soft polyethylene plastic.
3) The multiple of the cable pitch is small.
4) The outer protective layer is woven with cotton yarn to avoid overheating and scalding the insulating layer.
5) In order to facilitate the use and simplify the production process, a three-core balanced structure is adopted, which can save production man-hours and improve production efficiency.
